Cognimatics continues its success with TrueView People Counter™
embedded - the Axis "embedded" people counters!
During the last six months Cognimatics have had a remarkable sales success with
the TrueView™ product suite. We now have installations in
more than 30 countries all over the world and a network of more than
100 resellers.
The world's first, camera "built-in", people counter has proven to be
the best choice on the market when it comes to installation,
flexibility, user friendliness, accuracy and cost efficiency.
Success Stories
The following examples are some of the projects completed during this summer:
Jordan
Maxim-mall,
one of the largest malls in Amman with more than 250 shops and 30 000
square meters, has chosen Cognimatics AB and TrueView™
product suite for their people counting, reporting and advertising
solution. The project is sold and installed by Mg-Tel in
Jordan.
Norway
Elprice, one of the fastest growing consumer
electronic equipment retail chain in Norway, with 25 outlets all over the
country and soon expanding into the other Nordic markets, installed
TrueView™ embedded for Axis 207W during the summer in all
their shops. The products was distributed through EET Norway.
Spain
TRUCCO,
a well-known retail chain for women
fashion clothing is modernizing its people counting solution by
installing TrueView™. Today 12 of in total 80 stores have
completed the installations and the
others will follow within short. The project responsible is Mirame.
Italy
A retail chain of consumer electronic equipment in Italy has now installed more
than 50 TrueView People Counter™ and a Fashion clothing
retail chain with nearly thousand stores has installed a
first pilot in 30 of their stores. Both
projects are sold and commissioned by Thinkand Makeit. The projects
include all three Cognimatics TrueView People Counter™
embedded versions for Axis camera models (207W, 209FD and 212PTZ).
Lithuania
BMS Ltd is one of the largest retail chains for electronic equipment
in the Baltic states. BMS Ltd has now
installed TrueView People Counter™ in their 24
stores. Audrius Norus, BMS Ltd Development Director, comments the use
of Cognimatics TrueView People Counter:
– BMS Ltd measure customers flow into the store and compare this to
the sales data and it is one of the key indicators for each
department/sales unit, as well as the perspective sales potential

Description of TrueView People
Counter™
TrueView People Counter™ is the world's first camera embedded
people counter. It offers a unique, cost efficient, scalable, and
easy-to-install solution to the growing demand for people counting in
the retail industry. It is a powerful stand-alone people counting
application embedded directly in Axis network cameras, letting users
leverage existing IP networks. The complete solution is easily
installed in an existing local area network and configuration can be
done at any physical location using a standard web based
interface.
